Prefer UNFURNISHED and extra storage space would be great! (Underbuild/secure garage?)
Private pool not necessary, but a communal one would be good, as would a bit of garden. Don't mind taking on a jungle if the rental price is friendly!
LA MARINA, Dolores, Catral, Quesada, Almoradi and North Torrevieja are preferred areas.
